You can exchange or cancel your order easily that in case you have not receive your order yet. But, if you already received the order, you should ask for exchange or cancellation within 15 days from the delivery date otherwise, we might not be able to accept your request. And, you will pay for the delivery fees that the delivery company collect. 

The vape items and e-cigs are personal items that’s why, if you opened the pack or used the device, we will not be able to exchange or cancel it.
